Lycopodium Philippines is currently recruiting for a SAP S4 Hana System Administrator to join our growing IT team in Manila. 

The tasks you'll perform

• System Configuration: Configure SAP S4 Hana systems to support business processes and requirements.
• User Support: Provide functional support to users, including troubleshooting issues and providing training on SAP functionalities.
• Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve business processes through SAP functionalities and implement changes.
• Data Administration: Set up new projects, administer delegations of approvals, manage access, and handle vendor setups.
• User Administration: Provision roles to new employees, rescind access for those who leave, and manage other user administration tasks.
• Job Scheduling: Schedule and run SAP background jobs, managing the burden on system resources.
• System Performance: Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure efficient operation.
• Best Practices: Implement best practices to drive efficiency and improve system performance.

The expertise you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S4 Hana, SAP ECC, SAP NetWeaver, and other SAP technologies.
• Strong knowledge of database management, system security, and network administration.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-have:

• SAP certification in S4 Hana or related modules.
• Experience with cloud-based SAP solutions.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori, SAP Web Dispatcher, and SAP Data Services.

Working Conditions:

• This position may require occasional travel to support international entities.
• The role may involve working outside regular business hours to perform system maintenance and upgrades.
