ADP (a Lycopodium business) invites final year students or recent graduates to join our Vacation Work & Graduate Programme. Successful candidates will receive on the job mentoring, technical development and role specific training. You’ll learn from our international team of talented professionals, exchanging knowledge, build skills and gain solid experience.

You’ll also enjoy structured career progression and skill development driven by our Learning and Development Team.

The expertise you'll bring:

  • Final Year or Graduate Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Minerals Processing, Draughting or equivalents;
  • South African Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • Cape Town based
  • Willingness & Ability to work effectively with minial supervision and in a collaborative team environment;
  • Enthusiasm to learn and apply problem-solving skills;
  • Initiative and a positive attitude towards continuous improvement & self-development;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Advanced literacy and numeracy skills along with high-level attention to detail;
  • Ability and willingness to travel to and work on project sites for extended periods.
