ABOUT YOU…
This position requires a highly organized and capable individual who is responsible for the overall performance and operations of our Denim Outlet & be the Acting Store manager during the Store Managers absence. Ensuring the highest quality shopping experience by delivering a high standard through their various teams, whilst engaging effectively with customers to maximize sales and profit through effective planning, merchandising and inventory control. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, energetic, and understands and lives our culture of diversity, fun and family. As well as this, the following attributes, skills and qualifications will contribute to your success in the role:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role or 2-3 years experience in a retail sales role.
- Computer literate
- Able to lead a dynamic team environment with strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
