We are now seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Loyalty Marketing Manager to lead the strategic development, program launch and execution & ongoing management of our loyalty program strategy. This role is instrumental in driving customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth through innovative loyalty initiatives. 

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, CRM, Data Analytics, Commercial and Finance, to create compelling loyalty strategies that resonate with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop the core concept, value proposition, and target customer segments for a new loyalty scheme. 
  • Analyse competitor loyalty programs to identify gaps and opportunities. 
  • Identify potential partners for exclusive offers and benefits. 
  • Develop a comprehensive launch plan, including marketing campaigns, communication strategies, and operational readiness. 
  • Oversee the development of launch materials, press releases, and internal communications. 
  • Collaborate with Tech/Product teams to ensure smooth integration of the loyalty program & tool with existing systems. 
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success and track performance metrics. 
  • Continuously refine the loyalty program based on data insights and customer feedback. 
  • Measure the return on investment of the loyalty program and identify areas for cost optimization. 

 About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. 
  • A proven commercial track record in loyalty marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to drive decision-making. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools. 
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities. 
  • Experience in the travel industry is preferred. 
  • Knowledge of customer segmentation and personalisation techniques. 
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools - we use Tableau
