We are now looking for a CRM Manager who will play a crucial role in leveraging a loyalty & campaign deployment ecosystem and driving activation across multiple digital channels.
You will drive the future of Luxury Escape's 1:1 customer interactions, harnessing data and technology and best practice direct marketing to elevate customer engagement and drive personalisation.
You will be responsible for:
- Manage all aspects of personalised marketing, focusing on individual customer interactions and overall relationship management through various direct marketing channels.
- Develop a straightforward strategy for direct marketing, improving current efforts and exploring innovative digital options.
- Create and lead an effective team of direct marketing experts to increase revenue and improve customer value.
- Establish streamlined processes that involve collaboration across different functions to support implementation.
- Work closely with data, product, and technology teams for day-to-day activities and continuous enhancement of our direct marketing capabilities.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration to extend personalisation efforts beyond direct marketing channels, ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
- Achieve and surpass sales contribution targets and key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with senior leaders from various departments to assist in daily operations.
What we are looking for:
- Extensive hands-on experience in retail Direct Marketing, including trade and CRM strategies with a focus on 1:1 channels and supporting Loyalty programs.
- Proven ability to implement scalable direct marketing and transformation techniques, delivering tangible outcomes in complex business environments.
- Demonstrated capability in developing deep customer insights and translating them into practical loyalty customer value propositions. Expertise in designing effective direct marketing and CRM initiatives.
- Proficiency in working with customer databases and assets, particularly related to loyalty and direct marketing goals including segmentations and predictive modeling.
- Skilled in driving key metrics like open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and sales across multiple channels.
- Experience in leading the implementation and scaling of new martech platforms. This includes building specialized marketing/martech teams, developing effective processes, and familiarity with digital marketing platforms.
- Prior accountability for building and optimizing end-to-end direct marketing processes across teams.
- Proven people management skills, including leading teams through significant change, fostering innovation, and upholding organizational culture and values. Technical proficiency in HTML/CSS, API familiarity, and troubleshooting within CRM systems
