Reporting to our CFO we are now looking for Commercial Analytics Manager who will be responsible for leading the commercial analysis function.

Partnering with the Commercial & Finance team, the CAM will build solutions and identify opportunities to enhance processes that enable reliable and consistent business decision making built upon solid analysis.

This role will be drive business growth and improve overall profitability.

You will be responsible for:

• Prepare and deliver monthly board reports with key financial insights.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategy planning for business growth.
• Develop and present commercial presentations to support key partners and external stakeholders.
• Conduct competitor analysis, financial modelling, and business case writing, including retrospective reviews of implemented ideas.
• Oversee commission tracking and reporting for the sales team, identifying improvement opportunities.
• Develop technical tools and resources to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.
• Execute SQL (or equivalent) queries to support timely business analysis and decision-making.
• Partner with the Data Engineering team to improve systems, processes, and data accuracy.
• Lead commercial business partnering, influencing non-finance stakeholders for proactive problem-solving.
• Centralise commercial reporting and data visualisation, working closely with analytics leadership.
• Support Luxury Escapes' international expansion, including tax structures, FX hedging, and financial management.
• Drive process improvement initiatives within finance and suggest improvements across the wider business.

What we are looking for:

• Extensive demonstrated experience within a commercial environment
• Demonstrated experience in reporting and business intelligence tools with expert knowledge of SQL
• Proven experience in the provision of financial and commercial analysis
• Strong data analysis and modelling skills to analyse and present high volumes of data
• Exceptional communications skills - can impart complex financial information to a broad group of technical and non technical stakeholders
• Can prioritise effortlessly to support business requirements
• Someone that can thrive on ambiguity and can navigate a high growth environment
