We are seeking a Product Manager who's passionate about building App products that customers love!

The Mobile Product Manager will work shoulder to shoulder with the Engineering & Design teams to deliver a superior mobile based travel booking experience to our customers.

You'll be responsible for designing, building and rolling-out products which deliver the company's vision and strategy!

**Luxury Escapes is an in-person company. We work and collaborate together, face to face in our Barangaroo office based in the Sydney CBD**

The Role

• Building and executing a product roadmap to support the global expansion of Luxury Escapes
• Identifying and filling product gaps and generating new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
• Translating product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
• Designing and delivering new product features using agile project methodologies, including feature backlog management, sprint planning and user story management
• Scoping and prioritising activities based on business and customer impact
• Creating buy-in with multiple stakeholders for your product vision
• Ensuring measurement and reporting of key product metrics is completed in a consistent and timely manner
• Being the expert on our online travel competitors and what we need to do to stay competitive advantageous

About you

• Experienced in Mobile Apps! Commercial experience in Product Management and UX, and even better if you've worked in the online travel booking space
• Strong experience in Product Management and UX in a high-growth business
• Proven problem-solver who is willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done and find the right solution
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of the product lifecycle
• Solid experience in growing products through agile planning and rapid prioritisation
• A master collaborator and have incredible teamwork skills
• A problem-solving freak! You are willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done and find the right solution
• Experienced in growing digital companies, requiring agile planning and rapid prioritisation of the product development roadmap and enhancements
• Passionate about building products that customers love
• Demonstrated success in defining metrics to launch excellent products
• Able to demonstrate your success in defining and launching excellent products
