We are now looking for an Marketing Coordinator who will play a key role in developing and executing daily marketing campaigns, ensuring effective audience targeting and engagement.

You will be passionate about luxury travel, with a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills to drive data-informed decisions, and the creativity to craft engaging, high-quality marketing content that resonates with our audience while upholding Luxury Escapes' brand standards.

You will be responsible for:

  • Develop and Design Daily Newsletters: Build, schedule, and execute daily email marketing campaigns. 
  • Program and Manage Targeted Campaigns: Oversee the targeted campaign process, including design, curating, and scheduling of communications. 
  • Audience Segmentation and Targeting: Create targeted lists for campaigns based on customer behavior and past engagement through Big Query SQL query. 
  • Offer Benchmarking and Analysis: Analyse and compare offers to ensure competitive pricing and value before promotion across campaigns and website. 
  • Create Themed Landing Pages and Promotional Codes: Design and develop themed landing pages that align with campaign strategies of targeted sends and inspiration banners, including the creation of unique promo codes as needed. 
  • Analyse Past Campaigns: Review and assess the performance of previous campaigns, focusing on key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and ROI. Provide insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns. 

What we are looking for:

  • Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., Braze, Mailchimp) and campaign management.
  • Understanding of audience segmentation and targeting techniques.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand quality.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical skills to interpret campaign data and make informed recommendations.
  • A natural curiosity to explore new marketing trends, experiment with new approach
