We are now looking for a Experiences Coordinator who will be responsible for the end-to-end process of launching experiences, fostering partner relationships, and executing operational initiatives.

You will be responsible for:

  • Daily scheduling & prioritisation of experiences for campaign production
  • Working closely with the Experiences team to ensure weekly launch pipeline deliverables are me
  • Working with the Experiences Operations team to drive excellence and provide timely responses to enquiries from partners and customer service, identifying issues and problem solving
  • Ensure the processes for third-party experience partners are adhered to, such as ticketing, API connected tactical offers, or bookings facilitated via a third-party
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (finance, customer service etc) to ensure campaign accuracy, timely payments, identify errors, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement
  • Operational support for internal stakeholders including investigating failed bookings, internal system testing, seasonal rate updates, API connectivity, purchase reports, test purchases, bundled accommodation packages
  • Undertake administrative tasks to ensure the ongoing functionality and coordination of the department’s activities

What we are looking for:

  • An understanding of commercial partner success and the methods used to onboard partners to an ecommerce platform
  • The ability to manage conflicting priorities
  • A strong focus on customer experience and the ability to manage both internal and external stakeholders
  • We are looking for someone with positive outlook that revels in rolling their sleeves up!
