We are now looking for a People and Culture Business Partner who will be integral in supporting the Chief of Staff, Head of Talent, People & Culture team and all Line Managers to drive high performance across every aspect of the team member lifecycle.

This is a generalist role, where stakeholder management is key. Operationally focused, this role will partner with all key stakeholders to deliver a best-in-class team member experience and ensure Luxury Escapes is a recognised best place to work domestically and internationally. 

You will be responsible for:

  • Partner with the Chief of Staff to deliver HR initiatives
  • Providing expert advice and support to managers and stakeholders on HR topics across the employee lifecycle.
  • Coaching Line Managers on HR practices and policies.
  • Managing employment relations and ensuring compliance with employment laws and standards.
  • Drive culture-building initiatives aligned with company values.
  • Play a pivotal role in facilitating and managing organisational changes.
  • Enhancing HR systems, processes and policies.
  • Leading and supporting P&C projects and organisational development initiatives.
  • Support global teams including establishing and matianing compliant international HR policies.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement and well-being initiatives.  
  • Lead Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) programs and track progress. 
  • Support leadership development, succession planning, and career growth. 
  • Implement learning and development initiatives, including line manager training & graduate programs. 
  • Utilise HR analytics to inform decisions and improve processes.  
  • Manage global WHS, including risk assessments, meetings, and training.

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in a generalist HR capacity within a corporate entity, with end-to-end ER case management, and ability to coach managers through all people issues.
  • Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and push back/influence as required.
  • We are looking for someone who is very hands on – you will know how to balance risk with commercial outcome.
  •  A passion for developing an organisation's people capability and drive a people strategy that will support their business agenda
  • Those that have had a global remit previously (UK/Singapore/USA) will be of particular interest.
