We are now looking for a General Manager - Media Sales and Brand Partnerships who will be responsible for the strategic vision, growth, and execution of all media sales and business development initiatives at Luxury Escapes.
Central to this role is building and creating Luxury Escapes' media assets, transforming them into scalable commercial opportunities that drive significant revenue growth.
This role demands a senior leader with deep expertise in media sales, media asset creation, and business development, with extensive industry networks and a proven track record of building media businesses and driving multimillion-dollar revenue in complex, global environments.
You will be responsible for:
- Building and developing Luxury Escapes’ Media Ecosystem
- Defining and leading the global media sales strategy, aligning with the company’s broader growth objectives.
- Creating and implementing a robust media sales strategy that aligns with the company’s overall business objectives and revenue targets.
- Driving substantial revenue growth through the development and execution of a comprehensive global media sales strategy.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, media agencies, and partners to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Establishing, leading, mentoring, and motivating a media sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals. Provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
- Monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of market changes.
- Leading negotiations and successfully securing contracts with media partners.
What we are looking for:
- A Senior leader with an entrepreneurial, growth mindset.
- Extensive experience in media sales, with significant leadership exposure.
- Strong understanding of the media landscape, including digital, print, broadcast, and social media.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close high-value deals.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute long-term sales plans.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
