Luxury Escapes is an in-person company, and currently, our Product Managers are encouraged to come to the office for four (4) days, with one (1) day of remote work (days to be agreed with your line manager) as an option.
About the team
The Product Team at Luxury Escapes is responsible for designing, building, and rolling out products that deliver the company's vision and strategy. Product Managers collaborate across our Technology Teams and the wider organisation to set product initiatives' strategic direction, scope, and success metrics. As we continue to scale, our goal is to deliver an exceptional experience to all our customers around the globe when booking their dream holidays.
You will have the opportunity to own multiple product verticals end-to-end and be involved in driving initiatives from ideation through implementation at launch to support the global expansion of Luxury Escapes.
About the role
We are seeking an experienced Group Product Manager to lead our product development efforts across multiple verticals. You'll bring your leadership skills and join our dynamic product team, working with the engineering team and other stakeholders in the organisation, to deliver a superior online travel booking experience to our customers.
What you'll do
- Lead the vision, strategy, and execution for multiple verticals within Luxury Escapes
- Mentor and inspire a growing team of experienced and associate Product Managers
- Identify strategic opportunities for improving customer experience across the Luxury Escapes Platform
- Collaborate with product design, software engineering, and wider Luxury Escapes teams to deliver high-quality, and valuable products
- Build strong collaborative relationships across the technology and the wider teams at Luxury Escapes
- Build a deep understanding of our customer base so that you can advocate for them and their needs
- Make a large impact across our product family and influence millions of users and thousands of customers for decades to come
Your background
- Proven track record of managing and growing all aspects of a successful product lifecycle through agile planning and rapid prioritisation
- Experience growing product management teams with complex projects in a multi-year mission
- Proven experience mentoring and/or managing other product managers
- Ability to demonstrate a history of collaborating with engineering and design teams, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Possess the technical know-how to partner with engineering to work on the roadmap you’ve defined
- Customer-centric – A track record of encouraging your teams to build great products with a constant desire to understand, question, and improve customer experience
- Ability to present a compelling narrative to large audiences and groups of executives
- Data-driven - demonstrated success in defining metrics and launching excellent products
