What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking Managers who have experience in a similar role and are ready to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic venue. You should be passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating an outstanding experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

  • Previous management experience in a hospitality setting.
  • Strong focus on meeting both internal and external customer needs.
  • Exceptional multitasking and time-management skills to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and customer expectations are exceeded.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Mandatory Qualifications

  • RMLV (Responsible Management of Licensed Venues): Ensure compliance with all licensing regulations.
  • Approved Manager’s License: Required for managing licensed areas and ensuring legal operations.
  • RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol): Essential for serving alcohol in compliance with legal requirements.
  • RSG (Responsible Service of Gambling): Oversee gambling activities responsibly and in accordance with regulations.
  • CLO (Customer Liaison Officer) Certification: Vital for handling customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
