Site Foreman – External Works

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled External Works Supervisor to coordinate the external construction of structural elements of soft & hard landscaping, with a heavy emphasis on external finishes across our project. You will play a critical role in managing on-site works, coordinating contractors, and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Overseeing the delivery of external works, including concrete foundations for fencing, Driveways, pathways, retaining walls, landscaping, irrigation and lighting.
• Ensuring all works comply with safety regulations, project specifications, and quality standards
• Liaising with Project Managers, Site Managers and Engineers to drive efficiency and problem-solve challenges
• Maintaining a hands-on approach with a strong focus on detail, deadlines, and budget management.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Foreman or Supervisor in external structural works
• Strong understanding of earthworks, drainage, paving, and landscaping
• Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• A commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency
• Carpentry qualifications preferred
