The Document Specialist will be responsible for creating, reviewing, organizing, and maintaining documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Create, format, edit, and proofread documents, including reports, manuals, presentations, and correspondence, using word processing software and other relevant tools.
  • Review documents for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and adherence to company standards, style guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
  • Organize and maintain document repositories, databases, and filing systems to ensure documents are easily accessible, searchable, and secure.
  • Coordinate document workflows, including routing documents for review and approval, tracking document revisions, and managing version control.
  • Collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to gather information, clarify document requirements, and address feedback and revisions.
  • Monitor and track document-related tasks, deadlines, and milestones to ensure timely completion and delivery of documents.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Document Specialist, Technical Writer, Editor, or similar role, preferably in a regulated industry.
  • Strong proficiency in word processing software, document management systems, and other relevant software tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in document creation, editing, and review.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Knowledge of document management principles, procedures, and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
