The Project Coordinator will be responsible for assisting project managers and teams in planning, organizing, and executing projects to ensure successful completion within established timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist project managers in planning and executing projects, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate project activities, schedules, and resources, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute meeting minutes to stakeholders, documenting key decisions and action items.
  • Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables, monitoring project timelines and budgets to ensure adherence to project plans.
  • Communicate project status updates, issues, and risks to project teams and stakeholders, facilitating timely resolution of issues and mitigating project risks.
  • Maintain project documentation and records, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations, ensuring accuracy and completeness of project information.
  • Support project teams in identifying and resolving project-related issues and challenges, providing administrative and logistical support as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Perform other project-related tasks and duties as assigned to support the successful execution of projects and contribute to the achievement of organizational goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a project coordinator or similar role, with strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software tools, such as Microsoft Project,Jira, Asana, or Trello.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and address project-related issues and challenges.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices preferred.
