The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating multiple projects within our organization to ensure successful delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects within the program portfolio.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Coordinate project resources, including team members, vendors, and contractors.
  • Monitor and track project progress, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and methodologies.
  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure adherence to project management best practices, standards, and methodologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a program manager or project manager, managing complex projects and programs from initiation to closure.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve project issues and risks.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana.
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management certification preferred.
