About the Role:
As our Duty Manager, you’ll be the go-to leader on the floor, keeping service seamless, vibes high, and customers coming back for more. Working closely with our Café Manager and Head Chef, you’ll lead our front-of-house team with confidence and charisma, ensuring every shift runs like clockwork.
This is a full time role that stretches over the week (including weekends).

About you:
- You will have a valid Duty Manager Certificate (a must!)
- Strong leadership and customer service skills
- Experience in hospitality, ideally in a supervisory or management role
- A love for coffee and a passion for making people feel welcome
