Our Community Services team operates across a range of services, including District Nursing, Hospital in the Home, Social Support Program, Home Care Packages, and Transition Care Program. We are proud of our reputation for excellence and are seeking a talented Nurse Unit Manager to lead our team.

The Role:

As a Nurse Unit Manager (Job Share) , you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering comprehensive clinical care to our community, while also leading the business growth of the service. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure that our services are aligned with the needs and goals of our consumers.

  • Ongoing position - job share arrangement
  • Part-time, 16 hour per week
  • Flexible working arrangements

Key Responsibilities:

·        Lead and manage the Community Services team, including clinical operations and business growth

·        Develop and implement effective clinical care plans that meet the needs of our consumers

·        Coordinate and deliver high-quality care services across our range of programs

·        Build and maintain strong relationships with consumers, families, and other stakeholders

·        Manage program budgets and project management

·        Develop and implement continuous quality improvement programs

What We're Looking For:

·        Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse

·        Experience in managing community or aged care services, including knowledge of CHSP, HACC, NDIS, and other state and commonwealth funded home support programs

·        Excellent leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care services

·        Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders

·        Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with strong organisational and time management skills
