Kyabram District Health Service (KDHS) is a medium-sized rural health service that delivers a range of programs and services including acute, subacute, residential aged care and allied and primary health care services. About the Role

To support and lead the implementation of a Hybrid GP clinic at Stanhope Health. 

 About You:

  • Current general registration as a Enrolled Nurse or Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.
  • Experience as a Enrolled Nurse or Registered Nurse in a general practice or primary health setting.
  • An ability to work independently and co-operatively with team members.
  • To have well developed organisational skills and the demonstrated ability to work autonomously with initiative.
  •  An awareness and sensitivity to needs and understanding of staff, clients and general community.
  • The ability to communicate with tact and diplomacy to people of all ages is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills – written (including ICT), verbal and presentation.
  •  It is essential that the person have an understanding and commitment to the concept of Health Promotion, Community Development and Community Health.
  •  Strong computer literacy skills.
