In this role you will have the unique opportunity to work on one of the industry’s fastest growing fashion exports and collaborate with some of the world’s biggest names.

As Social Media Specialist at Ksubi, you curate how our audience perceives and experiences the brand via our social channels. With a deep understanding of our brand positioning and evolving customer strategy, you will work alongside the Marketing Manager to develop and execute channel and campaign strategies that deliver on our brand promise, engage audiences, and ensure a consistent brand experience.

A Day in the Life…

  • Curate and manage all Ksubi social media channels to reflect the brand's image and engage our audience effectively.
  • Develop and execute innovative social media campaigns and strategies in collaboration with the Marketing & Creative Teams.
  • Monitor and respond to audience engagement, comments, and messages in a timely and engaging manner.
  • Analyse social media performance metrics and insights to optimize content strategy and drive growth.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging platforms to ensure Ksubi remains at the forefront of social media innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all channels.
  • Work closely with the Creative team to create visually compelling and on-brand social media content.
  • Support marketing initiatives and promotions by integrating them into our social media strategy.
  • Monitor and maintain brand consistency and integrity across all social media platforms.

This is you if you have…

Technical/Specialist Skills/Experiences

  • 2+ years’ experience in a similar Social Media role.
  • Basic experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Basic experience with video editing with Adobe Premier or an equivalent software platform.
  • Proven experience managing social media platforms for a fashion or lifestyle brand.
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics and tracking tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for visual content.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of current social media trends and best practices.
