We are continuing to build our US high-performing team, that has collaboration, transparency and an innovative mindset at the heart of everything we do. We want you to join us on the journey, as we take Ksubi to the next level globally. Ksubi is entering into an exciting phase of growth and is looking for a full time sales associate for our store on E Walton St, Chicago. We are looking for motivated, curious and mature minded individuals with a commitment to learning and an energy for our brand.

A Day in the Life…

• Take every opportunity in store to personalize and grow the customer relationship
• Work as a team and encourage your crew to achieve targets and goals together
• Ensure you are complying and keeping up-to-date with daily operations, company standards, housekeeping and policies
• Play a role in minimizing shrinkage and promoting a safe and healthy work environment
• Ensures visual directives and standards are maintained

This is if you have…

• You will have a genuine love and understanding of our brand
• Most importantly, you will have the desire to progress in the retail leadership space!
• A proven track record of driving and exceeding sales targets and budgets
• 1+ years of retail or sales experience, preferably in fashion
• Must have full US working rights
