The Opportunity:
Are you passionate about Komatsu / Le Tourneau Loader Operations and eager to share your expertise? Komatsu is offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Komatsu / Le Tourneau Electric Wheel Loader Operator Trainer to join our team in Western Australia. Starting in mid-2025, this role will also include specialist training in the USA. As the subject matter expert on the latest Komatsu machinery, you’ll deliver one-on-one training to upskill our customers' most experienced trainers and operators at their mine sites.
Role Located: FIFO from Perth (7/7 roster)
Relocation Package available (up to $7,000 allowance to assist with relocation to Perth)

What we are looking for:
- Current Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment is highly regarded
- Extensive experience operating Komatsu / Le Tourneau Electric Wheel Loaders and/ or Komatsu Electric Drive Trucks
- National RII accreditation for operating mining machinery is preferred
- Minimum 8 - 10 years’ experience as a production operator/trainer
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work away for up to two weeks at a time if required
