The Opportunity:

The purpose of the position is to provide assistance to both internal and external customers with all queries regarding Service & Parts support ensuring the Branch meets the operational standards set by Komatsu and the CSC (Customer Support Charter).

Roster: Monday to Friday – 38 hours per week

Role Located: Mt Isa

What we are looking for:

• Intermediate computer skills specifically Microsoft suite and mainframe systems.
• Intermediate Level skills in Microsoft Excel
• Sound working knowledge of earth moving equipment (strong mechanical aptitude will be advantageous).
• Trade qualification/s will be highly regarded. (will be advantageous).
• Current driving licence (forklift licence will be advantageous).
• Good understanding of how a service department operates
• Must understand the warranty guidelines and process
• Appropriate demeanour for communicating with customers at a senior level and providing a professional service.
• Proven experience in inventory control and warehouse systems (will be advantageous).
• Must have the appropriate demeanor to create and work in a positive team atmosphere.
• Ability to work under pressure and independently
• Ability to upsell parts and potential service sales
• Well-developed numeracy, written and oral communication skills.
