The Opportunity:
Ready for the next step in your career? Due to an internal promotion, we're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our Emerald operations, overseeing Parts, Service, and Product Support within this high performing Branch.
In this role, you'll manage 5 direct reports and 50 indirect reports, guiding a team to deliver excellence across multiple departments. We're after a strong leader with a minimum of 5 years’ experience working with OEMs, exceptional communication skills, and expertise in negotiation, project management, and problem-solving. A sharp business mind and the ability to manage HR, safety compliance, P&L, strategy, and projects will set you apart. You’ll be the driving force for collaboration and success across the team.
Your key responsibilities will include stakeholder collaboration, project management, training needs analysis, program design and delivery, facilitation, continuous improvement, and talent & succession development.
Role Located: Emerald, QLD - Relocation support is available for anyone ready to shake things up and make a change!

What we are looking for:
- Minimum 5 years combined experience in Parts and Service operations within mining, construction, heavy equipment sectors or OEMs.
- Strong skills in budget preparation, income/expenditure analysis, and cost control.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills across all levels.
- Leadership and team-building capabilities, with proven negotiation skills.
- Strong business acumen, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and profitability.
- Proficient in inventory management and computerised systems.
- Experienced in after-sales marketing, organisational skills, and performance management.
- A valid motor vehicle license required.
