The Opportunity:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a dual role as a Customer Support Representative and Storeperson. This dual role integrates customer support and warehouse management to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
This role is essential in providing assistance to both internal and external customers regarding parts sales, orders, and deliveries, while also managing warehouse operations.
The main responsibilities include executing stock management, receipt and despatch functions, and supporting the Manager in implementing best practices, procedures, systems, and standards for warehouse and inventory management.
Role Located: Gladstone

What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in parts operation, interpretation, or a warehouse environment.
- Previous experience in the construction or mining equipment industry is highly regarded.
- Understanding of inventory management computer systems.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively as a team member.
- Capability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to work hours that meet business needs.
- Current car and forklift driver’s licenses.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve KPIs and perform effectively under pressure.
