The Opportunity:

We’re looking for a skilled Diesel Fitter with extensive experience in mining equipment maintenance and a deep understanding of electric drive trucks. In this role, you’ll provide high-quality service and repairs to Komatsu’s range of heavy machinery, supporting our valued clients on-site.

Roster: 7/7 day shift roster (with night shift as required), 12.5 hour shifts

Role Located: Curragh, Blackwater, Rolleston, Clermont, Jellinbah, Ensham Mine Sites

What we are looking for:

• Heavy Diesel Fitter qualification with significant hands-on experience in the mining industry.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with electric drive trucks.
• Demonstrated experience working with Komatsu equipment or similar heavy machinery.
• Excellent diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair skills.
• Strong commitment to safety and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Komatsu construction and mining equipment.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electric drive trucks, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Deliver top-tier customer support with a commitment to safety and quality.
• Document work completed, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
