Data Administrator

The Opportunity:

Make a difference in our Service Administration team, offering administration support to many of our Northern Region branches.

You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, excelling in high-volume data management, complex spreadsheet navigation and utilizing excel to an advanced level. Experience in Excel including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs & advanced formulas is a must.

Broaden your skill set as you learn Komatsu payroll processes, alongside standard generation of purchase orders and issuing invoices. 

Roster: Monday – Friday, 38 hours per week

Annual Earnings: $82,000 + 5% bonus + Super

Role Located: Welshpool, WA

What we are looking for:

• High attention to detail and accuracy in high volume data entry
• Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Administration background with great computer skills
• Understanding of payroll processes advantageous, but not essential
