The Opportunity:
As the People & Culture Business Partner, you will serve as a trusted advisor to people leaders and employees on P&C related matters. You will partner with our Regional P&C Manager and stakeholders to implement P&C strategies, policies and programs that enhance employee engagement, performance, and retention.
Your expertise as a generalist in HR best practices and industrial relations; and your ability to foster a positive work culture will be instrumental in driving our company’s success.
Your responsibilities include:
- Partnering with stakeholders to support and deliver business outcomes.
- Ensuring National/ Regional P&C Strategies are implemented and align to the regional requirements.
- Connecting with Talent Acquisition teams to attract and retain top talent, ensuring a diverse and inclusive workforce.
- Leading and/or supporting initiatives to promote employee engagement, professional development opportunities, performance management, talent development and organisational design.
- Analyse P&C metrics and trends to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement practices.

What we are looking for:
- Relevant qualifications in HR Management or related.
- Proven experience as a P&C Generalist with knowledge in HR practices, enterprise agreements, awards and Industrial Relations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into P&C initiatives and actions.
- Experience using the SuccessFactors system would be highly regarded.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
