The Opportunity:

Make a difference as the Customer Service and Stores Coordinator in Komatsu Port Hedland, where you’ll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring smooth operations.

In this position, you will be the first point of contact for customers, clients and internal departments.

As you manage the receipt and dispatch of stock, ensuring accurate inventory levels, you will also be responsible for tasks such as picking and packing, sorting, loading and unloading goods.

Roster: Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week

Role Located: Port Hedland

Annual Earnings: $96,000 pa + 5% bonus + Super

What we are looking for: 

  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers, as well as internal and external stakeholder
  • Ability to work independently, with a high level of attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • A willingness to learn and a strong work ethic
  • General warehousing experience advantageous, but not essential
