As a Trainer you will deliver engaging training sessions and assessments to both internal and external employees.

You’ll also create an exceptional customer experience by ensuring the smooth use and upkeep of systems, processes, and tools for an outstanding journey for every learner.

Plus, you’ll use of our state-of-the-art AHS systems to find opportunities for productivity improvements.

Role Located: FIFO to Pilbara ex Perth, with occasional Perth requirements

Roster: 8/6 dayshift only roster (with flexibility)

What we are looking for:

• Individuals who are passionate for learning and helping others succeed
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences
• Exhibit a clear grasp of educational integrity and adult learning principles
• Exceptional ability to foster strong relationships with stakeholders
• Works well in a team environment

Desirable (not essential)

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or Bachelor in education
• PowerPoint and Excel familiarity
• Operational mining knowledge
