The Opportunity:

Join our Komatsu Kalgoorlie branch in our Parts Department as a Customer Support Representative.

In this diverse and fast-paced role, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, and dispatching parts, ensuring customers receive the correct goods in a timely and well-presented manner.

Additionally, you'll provide exceptional customer service, liaise with transport companies for deliveries, and assist with stock takes and process improvements.

Roster: Monday – Friday & every 3^rd Saturday

Annualised Wages: $82,202 + Super + 5% Annual Bonus + On Call Allowance

Role Located: Kalgoorlie

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience in parts operation/interpretation or warehouse environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to build and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Good understanding of inventory management systems and principles 
• Current forklift licence desirable
