The Opportunity:

Support Komatsu's Training Academy, technical and smart construction teams in this newly-created Training Coordinator role.

Leverage your RTO knowledge and insights into WA funding and State Government Legislation as you coordinate RTO courses, administrate Axcelerate and facilitate a range of administrative requirements.

Role Located: Welshpool, WA

Roster: 0630 - 1430 Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week.

Annual Salary: $80 000 - $85 000 pa + 5% bonus + super

What we are looking for:

• Understanding of RTO requirements, WA funding and State government legislation
• Experience with apprentices and trainees highly desirable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven skills working in both autonomous and collaborative environments
• Flexible and proactive outlook
