The Opportunity:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated trade qualified individual to join our Truganina branch as our newest Leading Hand. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all field and workshop activities for our Rental and Used Equipment business. Your main objective will be to ensure that our rental fleet is always in top condition, influence building and preparing our Premium Used machines to the highest standards and that we consistently deliver exceptional service to our customers.
Some of your primary responsibilities will be to develop and implement a proactive maintenance program and build plans for our rental and used equipment machines, perform and oversee quality inspections, and ensure that all estimates comply with company processes and Service Level Agreement. Safety and excellence are at the forefront of our operations, and you will be required to provide daily and weekly reports, monitor safety practices, and maintain high levels of quality and productivity at all times.

Your Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Relevant trade qualification with extensive industry experience
- Strong understanding of earthmoving machinery – preferably Komatsu
- Strong leadership and management skills to effectively lead and motivate
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with MS Office and inventory management software
- Commitment to safety and adherence to all relevant health and safety regulations and protocols
- Flexibility and adaptability to adjust to changing priorities and needs in a dynamic work environment.
