The Opportunity:

This role is critical in providing technical parts support to the Komatsu branch network.

You will be a subject-matter expert in understanding Komatsu machinery and interpreting technical documentation to help our internal customers solve part issues with fitment or interpretation.

In addition to the above, the successful applicant will maintain the LinkOne parts book library & submit technical parts information requests.

Role Located: Fairfield, NSW, Wacol, QLD or Perth, WA

Hours & work-from-home:  This position is required in the office 5-days with flexible core hours of 8:00am – 10:00am to 4:00pm - 6:00pm.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience working within Machinery, Automotive or Manufacturing industry
  • 5+ years of experience in a Parts Interpreter position
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Must have experience in Link One & relevant parts applications
  • Strong computer literacy, including Komatsu systems
  • Proven experience in customer facing roles dealing with complex enquiries
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing requirements
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
