The Opportunity: 

Komatsu Launceston Branch is currently seeking a Field Service Technician to join our Service team.

As a qualified Plant Mechanic, you will primarily be working on our customers' construction and utility Komatsu equipment, providing skilled and efficient maintenance and repair services.

Roster: Monday - Friday

Rate: From $41.21 per hour (depending on experience) + all overtime paid at double time!

Role Located: Burnie, Tasmania

Your Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Must have Cert III in Mobile Plant Technology or equivalent
• Prior experience in Field Service is preferred
• Exposure to breakdown, repairs and diagnostics
• A valid driver’s Licence
• MR or HR license
• Strong safety focus is paramount
• Good understanding of computer systems and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work unsupervised
