We are looking for a passionate and experienced Inclusion and Diversity Partner to join our team at an exciting time in our DEI Journey. In this role, you will lead our efforts to foster an inclusive and diverse workplace culture where all our people feel valued, respected, and empowered to contribute their best. You will collaborate closely with leadership, People & Culture, and our I&D Action Group to implement strategies that promote diversity, equity and inclusion through the organisation. 

Your responsibilities include:

  • Operationalisation of the I&D 3-year roadmap, working closely with various stakeholders to bring our Respect Culture to life and embed across the organisation.
  • Leading the delivery of ongoing I&D activities.
  • Annual Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) and Champions of Change Coalition (CCC) reporting.
  • Maintaining and analysing metrics to measure the effectiveness of I&D initiatives, regularly assessing progress and making data-driven recommendations.

Role Located: Sydney. We are open to candidates near any of our locations within Australia (Brisbane or Perth).

We are open to flexible work arrangements including part-time and regular work from home.

What we are looking for:

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Organisational Development or related fields.
  • Demonstrated experience-based knowledge of Human Resources and Inclusion & Diversity.
  • Experience using SuccessFactors is desired but not necessary.
  • Relationship management and customer focus skills to collaborate at all levels.
  • Solid experience in Talent Management, Change Management, and Data Analysis and Digitisation.
  • A personable individual with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
