Reporting to the Branch Manager, the purpose of the role is to co-ordinate, manage and schedule all branch service (field service and workshop) and parts activities. This includes parts ordering and overseeing the warehouse, co-ordination of technicians, contractors and other parties involved in each job.
You will be the central point of contact for the service and parts department and with a focus on customer service you will oversee the daily operations to provide a high level of customer support.
This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday with options for a 9-day fortnight.

What we are looking for:
- Motivated, customer-focused supervisor with proven leadership skills
- Ability to lead effective teams of tradespeople
- Customer focused and proactive in supporting our customers
- Ability to analyse workplace risk and implement necessary changes promptly
- Demonstrated computer skills and able to use a variety of programs
- Knowledge of earth moving machinery and equipment parts market
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to represent the Komatsu brand whilst building engagement with customers, employees, vendors and suppliers
- Able to work independently and make sound business decisions
- Valid Driver’s license
