The Opportunity:

Are you a people person with a knack for problem-solving? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can make a real difference every day? If so, we want you on our team! The purpose of the position is to provide assistance to both internal and external customers with all queries regarding parts sales, orders and deliveries, ensuring the Customer Support Department meets the operational standards set by Komatsu and the CSC (Customer Support Charter).

Roster: Monday to Friday

Role Located: Emerald

What we are looking for:

  • Current drivers licence (forklift licence will be advantageous).
  • Intermediate computer skills specifically Microsoft suite and mainframe systems.
  • Ability to demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and build strong working relationships.
  • Comprehensive Understanding of Parts Sales
  • Ability to prioritise daily tasks
  • Appropriate demeanour for communicating with customers at a senior level and providing a professional service.
  • Proven experience in inventory control and warehouse systems will be advantageous.
  • Ability to work under pressure and independently
  • Ability to upsell parts and potential service sales
  • Well-developed numeracy, written and oral communication skills.
