The Opportunity:
As the Operations Lead, you'll join our leadership team in our newly built state-of-the-art facility in Melbourne.
Reporting directly to the Regional Fulfilment Centre Manager, you will spearhead daily operations, precision in stock management and receipt, and unwavering quality to shatter productivity goals while mentoring your team to achieve peak performance.
Success in this role means achieving ambitious business targets and maintaining compliance all while championing a safe working environment.

Roster: Monday – Friday, 38 hours per week. primarily 0600-1400.
Annual Salary: $110,000 pa + roster allowance + 5% bonus + Super

What we are looking for:
- 5+ years in a leadership role, with warehouse or inventory experience
- Cert IV in Leadership, Logistics, or Warehousing, or Frontline Management highly advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to processes
- Advanced people management and coaching skills
- Able to lead and collaborate within cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Proficient in interacting with all levels of internal/external contacts
- Competent with warehouse management systems and project management tools
- Ability to work autonomously, seeing projects through to completion
