Technician - Field Service

The Opportunity:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Plant Mechanic to take on the role of Field Service Technician to focus on the repair and maintenance of our rental and remarketing fleet throughout Victoria.

As a Field Service Technician, you’ll receive both professional and personal support. Did you know that Komatsu is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO)? This means we offer a wide range of courses, including trade upgrades, and the best part is—you’ll be paid while you learn!

Location: Truganina, West Melbourne

Shift: Monday to Friday - 7:30am to 4:00pm

Earnings: $44ph to $50+ super + tool & field service alw + vehicle + plenty of overtime

Your Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Must have Cert III in Mobile Plant Technology or equivalent
• Prior experience in Field Service is preferred
• Exposure to breakdown, repairs and diagnostics
• A valid driver’s Licence
• MR or HR license
• Strong safety focus is paramount
• Good understanding of computer systems and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work unsupervised
