The Opportunity:

The business is currently undergoing a transformation journey across the BTS landscape.
This permanent full-time position for a Program Manager will be based in our Fairfield head office and be required in the office 3-days a week, with 2 flex days.
The Program Manager position is responsible for the provision of a professional project management framework and the planning, executive and overseeing of projects from inception to completion.
The key program of work is a large scale D365 migration from Dynamics AX with a go live date of September 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure Project Management methodologies and process are well defined, documented and followed by all relevant stakeholders.
- Project reporting on key metrics such as budget, resourcing and time
- Conduct regular audits and provide updates on risk, challenges and roadblocks
- Ensuring D365 project is on time and on budget aligned to delivery timeline

What we are looking for:
- Must have 10 years of experience in a Program / Project Manager position
- Must have experience in running end-to-end projects in complex environments with over 1000 users
- Experience with ERP implementation and migration (ideally D365)
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise responsibilities to achieve key deliverables.
- Proven ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and vendors
- Highly self-motivated with keen attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You will ideally have your Prince II, AgilePM, ITIL or equivalent certifications
