Senior Warehouse Operator - 8:6 roster

The Opportunity:

As a Senior Warehouse Operator, you'll be at the forefront of our operations, responsible for supporting the team in training implementation, skills development and enhancing team performance.

Working hand in hand with our supervisor team, you'll assist in overseeing day-to-day operations and steering our warehouse toward unrivalled efficiency.

You'll also be instrumental in fostering a thriving work culture that places safety, efficiency, and excellence at its core.

Annualised Wages: $98,143.32 + Super

Roster: 8 days, 6 off (10.5 hour shifts)

Role Located: Welshpool, WA

What we are looking for:

• High-level skills in a warehouse operator or inventory/dispatch role
• Proven strong people management skills
• Previous workplace leadership position essential
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a dynamic team environment and leading cross-functional teams
• Valid LF Forklift and/or LO Order Picker license essential
