The Opportunity:

We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Fitter to help maintain and repair Komatsu's fleet based out at Baralaba mine.

This is a once in a lifetime opportunity and not for the faint hearted given the large range of equipment on site.

We are not offering FIFO, gate to gate role which means you must get yourself to Baralaba mine and will be provided with a site vehicle to get from camp to mine.

Mining truck experience is preferred given the large number based at this site.

• PC4000-6
• PC4000-11
• PC5500-6
• WA900-3
• WA900-8

Roster: 7 on / 7 off, day shift only @ 12.5 hour days

Role Located: Baralaba Mine Site

Annualised Salary: $152,675.17 + super

What we are looking for:

• Trade qualification in Mobile Plant Technology or equivalent
• Extensive experience in the repair and maintenance of earthmoving equipment
• Experience working on mining trucks is required
• Ability to work efficiently with strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Outstanding level of customer service
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Exceptional dedication to safety protocols and regulations
