The Opportunity:
In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance, servicing and repair of Komatsu OEM machinery including dump trucks, dozers, excavators, and loaders.
The position will be required to work Monday - Friday between 7:30am – 4pm and regular overtime will be available. In addition to overtime, you will be paid a tool allowance. You will also receive a mobile phone, and Komatsu uniforms will be provided.
The Role:
- Machine servicing, diagnostics, and repairs.
- Ability to demonstrate an appropriate level of technical understanding of the design & function of Komatsu equipment.
- Ensuring quality of work is aligned with Komatsu documentation and specifications.
- Workmanship is completed to a professional standard and in a timely manner.
- Liaise with the customer where appropriate and report on the customer interaction.
- Ensure that timesheets, service reports and relevant documentation are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

What we are looking for:
- Must have a certificate or qualification in Heavy Diesel Mechanics OR Mobile Plant Technology
- Previous experience with Komatsu equipment would be advantageous.
- ·Strong communication skills for both Internal and External customers
- An excellent understanding and commitment to safety and environment
- Ability to work remotely and with minimal Supervision.
- Intermediate computer knowledge/skills
- Forklift Certification
- Working at Heights Certification
