The Opportunity:
Due to a couple of internal promotions we now have two positions available. Whether you enjoy short term or long term maintenance planning of heavy mobile equipment, we have both options available.
Your primary responsibilities include reconciling machine downtime, coordinating maintenance tasks with site personnel, and ensuring timely procurement of parts and labour. Strong computer skills and effective communication are essential for success in this role.
You will be responsible for planning and scheduling a fleet of Komatsu Dump Trucks and Excavators.
Site: Callide Mine Site
Roster: Monday to Friday (Flexible Working Arrangements On Offer)
Residential Allowance: $200 per week local allowance (Biloela residents only)

What we are looking for:
- Previous maintenance planning and scheduling experience within mining mobile plant maintenance is mandatory
- Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology (or equivalent) advantageous
- Must hold a current motor vehicle licence
- Able to Obtain Qld Coal Board Medical and Qld Coal GI passport
- Commitment to safety, actively engage in Zero Harm philosophy
- Communicate effectively with end users at all levels
- Supervise, assist, and train staff to foster a positive team atmosphere
- Business management experience, including basic accounting knowledge
- High level of computer literacy
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Self-starter, able to achieve goals unsupervised
- Previous experience with oil analysis
