The Opportunity:

As a key individual managing the output for remanufacturing, you will be the main touch point for Western region customer support teams, as well as being pivotal in the coordination between regional planning, production, inventory and purchasing teams.

Support customers by managing the order fulfilment process for remanufactured components, provide and source solutions to gaps identified in supply and demand, maximising output and revenue for the region, while interfacing between production teams and regional planning teams.

Oversee a small team, execute purchase orders, process inter-company orders, and coordinate allocations, whilst ensuring DIFOT and clear quarterly planning.

Roster: Monday - Friday, 38 hours per week, with flexible working options

Salary: $120,000 + motor vehicle allowance + 5% bonus

What we are looking for:

  • A motivated and driven individual with high-level interpersonal skills
  • Proven leadership and people management skills
  • Adept knowledge of all Microsoft applications, Dynamics, Excel etc
  • Sound working knowledge of earth moving equipment and mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to demonstrate exceptional Customer service skills and build strong working relationships
  • Proven understanding of Parts Sales
  • Outstanding negotiation skills and persuasive ability to hold personal and professional standards of behaviour and ethics
  • Formal qualifications in trade or business/project management highly regarded
