The Opportunity:
We are seeking a Fulfilment Centre Supervisor to join our leadership team at our newly built state-of-the-art facility in Melbourne. Reporting to the Regional Fulfilment Centre Manager Melbourne – Supply Chain, the Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day activities, ensuring safety, stock management, receipt, and high-quality work while maximising productivity.
In this role, you will supervise, mentor, and train team members on warehouse and inventory best practices, in line with regulatory compliance, KAL policies, procedures, systems, and standards. You will also develop training programs to enhance team performance, foster a strong safety culture, and ensure smooth operations across departments.

This role requires flexibility to work across two shifts within the facility, with availability between 6am and 6pm.

What we are looking for:
- 5+ years in a leadership role, with warehouse or inventory experience
- Cert IV in Leadership, Logistics, or Warehousing, or Frontline Management preferred
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to processes
- People management and coaching skills
- Able to lead and collaborate within cross-functional teams
- Positive attitude with a cooperative approach
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Proficient in interacting with all levels of internal/external contacts
- Competent with warehouse management systems and project management tools
- Experience in inventory control, stock management, and leadership
- Basic math, statistical, and analytical skills
- Familiar with Komatsu systems (e.g., One View, SAP, Ones Logic, MTS)
- Physically fit for handling heavy parts and equipment
