Branch Administrator

The Opportunity:

Join our Kalgoorlie branch as a Branch Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support, including payroll processing, service invoicing, and customer support.

 You will provide excellent customer service, manage our reception, phone enquiries and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

Roster: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

What we are looking for:

• SAP experience desirable 
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office suite
• Demonstrated experience in purchasing, invoicing, payroll, and procurement
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with management, staff, and customers
• Strong customer service abilities
• Current driver’s license
