The Opportunity:

Join Komatsu as an Aftermarket Sales Representative / Customer Support Sales Representative in Whyalla, and play a key role in driving business growth and expanding accounts within the mining and quarry sectors.

In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for managing existing customer accounts, identifying new sales opportunities, and coordinating maintenance for mining equipment.

You'll have the opportunity to travel regularly to customer sites, build lasting relationships, and engage with new customers to grow the business.

Strong sales skills are a must, while mechanical knowledge and industry experience will be an added advantage.

What we are looking for:

  • Strong sales skills with a proven ability to manage accounts and generate new business
  • Knowledge and experience within heavy equipment sector (advantageous)
  • Willing to travel regularly, including visits to remote customer sites
  • Mechanically minded with the ability to learn equipment maintenance requirements
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while managing a diverse territory
  • Current and valid driver’s licence
